How to make a bequest to restore Lake Pedder

“I leave [dollar amount] to Lake Pedder Restoration Incorporated ABN 75679240809 and co-located in the Bob Brown Foundation, Level 4, 116 Bathurst St, Hobart TAS 7000 for the general purpose of supporting the advocacy and activities to restore Lake Pedder. I declare that the receipt of any authorised officer of Lake Pedder Restoration Incorporated shall form valid discharge to my executor.“

• If you wish to leave a specific asset, such as a piece of artwork, to restore Lake Pedder:

I leave [insert description of item] to Lake Pedder Restoration Incorporated ABN 75679240809 and co-located in the Bob Brown Foundation, Level 4, 116 Bathurst St, Hobart TAS 7000 for its general purposes, and I declare that the receipt of any authorised officer of Lake Pedder Restoration Incorporated shall form valid discharge to my executor. 

• If you wish to leave a portion of your estate to restore Lake Pedder:

I leave the residue/[percentage]% of my estate to Lake Pedder Restoration Incorporated ABN 75679240809, co-located in the Bob Brown Foundation, Level 4, 116 Bathurst St, Hobart TAS 7000, free from all duties, for its general purposes, and I declare that the receipt of any authorised officer of Lake Pedder Restoration Incorporated shall form valid discharge to my executor.
