Visual Journey

Films, videos and photographs—including the classics—of the original Lake Pedder may never be the same as being there, but they inspire us to reimagine the day when restoration comes.

Such imagery serves more than being aesthetically beautiful but will help restoration ecologists to match the newly-restored landscape to its original—or close to—condition pre-inundation.

More photographs can been seen in the Pedder experience of this website and the various ways that visitors enjoyed it by way of bushwalking, camping, appreciating flora + fauna, photography + painting, water activities or absorbing the ever-changing weather.
